From April 21 to 24, 2026, the 59th Moscow International Dental Forum and “Dental Salon 2026” exhibition took place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center ‒ one of the most anticipated events in the professional community.

Over the course of four days, leading industry experts discussed current issues in dentistry, while leading manufacturers and suppliers presented the latest equipment and materials. KC-PROF, a company specializing in services related to medical device distribution, took an active part in the business program, held a series of negotiations, and signed several significant contracts.

Read our review to find out what topics were the focus of the forum, what agreements were reached, and what conclusions our team drew following the event.

Exhibition and Forum: Key Figures and Participants

The scale of “Dental Salon 2026” is impressive: the exhibition was held in three exhibition halls (5, 7, and 8) of Pavilion 2 at Crocus Expo. More than 300 companies from Russia, Belarus, Germany, Italy, Pakistan, Poland, Switzerland, and South Korea. Moreover, 32 companies participated for the first time. The booths featured products from more than 1,000 manufacturers, and hundreds of educational lectures and master classes were held covering all areas of dentistry.

The Russian Dental Association (RDA) served as the forum’s strategic partner, while the scientific program was organized by the Russian University of Medicine under the Ministry of Health of Russia and the Union of Moscow Dentists (Moscow). GREEN DENT was the general sponsor of the exhibition, with booths located in Halls 7 and 8.

Scientific Program: A Vector for Professional Development

The forum’s scientific program was rich and diverse, covering all key areas of modern dentistry. The forum hosted the 54th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues in Dentistry.” The conference program included 8 faculty sessions and 10 symposia for a wide range of specialists.

The central themes were:

  • “Current Issues in Dentistry” ‒ a comprehensive overview of the challenges facing the industry;

  • “Digital Dentistry” – the implementation of CAD/CAM technologies, 3D printing, and navigation systems into daily practice;

  • “Modern Technologies for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Oral Mucosal Diseases”;

  • “Innovative Achievements in Reconstructive Dentistry”;
  • “Modern Aspects of Orthodontics: Effectiveness, Predictability, Stability.”

The “Digital Technologies in Dentistry” professorial session, held on the first day of the forum, deserved special attention. The discussion focused on robotic systems and digital technologies in prosthetic dentistry, the application of artificial intelligence in endodontics, as well as additive technologies and 3D printing for the creation of functional medical devices.

KC-PROF at the exhibition: dialogue with industry leaders

For KC-PROF, “Dental Salon 2026” served as an important platform for strengthening its market position and expanding its network of partners. Our team held a series of meetings and negotiations with representatives of key segments of the dental industry.

Meetings and Discussions

The company’s business program focused on several key areas:

  • Negotiations with manufacturers of dental equipment.

    Discussions covered the registration of medical devices in Russia and the EAEU, preparing production facilities for inspection, as well as the prospects for launching new products on the Russian market. Digital solutions and CAD/CAM technologies presented at the exhibition generated particular interest.

  • Meetings with distributors.

    Options for cooperation in logistics and distribution of registered medical devices were considered, and requirements for packaging, labeling, and storage were discussed.

  • Consultations with representatives of dental clinics and chains.

    KC-PROF specialists provided explanations on issues related to the circulation of medical devices, upcoming regulatory changes, and requirements for medical device documentation.

As a result of its participation in the exhibition, KC-PROF signed three new contracts for the registration of medical devices, as well as two cooperation agreements on preparing production sites for inspection.

“Participation in ‘Dental Salon 2026’ confirmed the high level of interest in our services from both Russian and foreign manufacturers. We see that the market needs high-quality support in bringing medical devices to market ‒ from registration to post-marketing surveillance. The contracts signed are just the first step, and we are confident that our cooperation will be long-term and mutually beneficial,” commented Andrey Kostychev, Technical Director of KC-PROF.

Trends and Forecasts

Analyzing the exhibition and business program of the forum, several key trends can be identified that will shape the development of the dental industry in the coming years:

  • Digital transformation.

    CAD/CAM technologies, intraoral scanning, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence are becoming standard equipment in modern dental clinics and dental laboratories.

  • The growing market share of domestic manufacturers and suppliers from Asia.

    As supply chains evolve, Russian companies are actively replacing brands that have exited the market by offering high-quality alternatives.

  • Increased requirements for regulatory compliance.

    The complexity of registration procedures and tighter controls over the distribution of medical devices are making professional support from consulting firms such as KC-PROF increasingly in demand.

  • Integration of education and practice.

    The forum’s educational events confirm the trend toward continuous professional development among dentists.

Results and Outlook

“Dental Salon 2026” has once again proven its status as the premier dental event of the spring. For KC-PROF, participation was not only an opportunity to showcase its expertise to a broad professional audience but also a platform for concluding concrete business agreements.

We thank all partners and colleagues who took part in the negotiations and showed interest in our services. We are confident that the agreements reached will form the basis for long-term and fruitful cooperation.
