The 93rd China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) ‒ one of the largest international exhibitions of medical equipment and technology ‒ took place in Shanghai from April 9 to 12.

The exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The total exhibition area exceeded 320,000 square meters. Approximately 5,000 companies from more than 30 countries and regions around the world participated in the exhibition, including the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and others. The total number of visitors from 150 countries exceeded 200,000. Our company could not stay on the sidelines and also took part in the exhibition.
The exhibition’s main theme reflects the direction of the entire industry’s development ‒ the active adoption of innovations, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. These technologies are already real tools that are transforming approaches to diagnosis and treatment.
During the forum, our company held a series of meetings with manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, OEM/ODM suppliers, as well as regulatory and industry experts. The meetings focused on potential international cooperation regarding market entry into Russia. Among the exhibitors were major multinational companies: United Imaging, Mindray, Philips, Siemens Healthineers, and GE Healthcare.
The exhibition format included not only the exhibition itself but also forums, conferences, business meetings, and matchmaking activities. Visiting the exhibition demonstrated that the integration of artificial intelligence, robotization, and personalized medicine are not merely trends but new realities.
